Clean Room
Laservall assembles its optical components inside Class 1000 clean rooms to maintain the high-quality and efficiency of its products.
A clean room is an aseptic working environment where the air is between 10,000 to 50,000 times cleaner than normal air. The people working in the clean rooms wear sterile overalls, as well as shoe and head covers. The purity of the air in these rooms is consequently superior to the one in an operating theatre.
Working in a dust-free environment during the assembly stage of the laser optics prevents dust particles from being trapped within the products. Such particles, if present, could lead to undesired thermal effects, that might eventually corrupt the operation of entire laser source.
Thanks to its clean rooms, Laservall passes therefore on a distinctive advantage of quality to its customers.
