Open a ticket for assistance

  • Search your product, indicating serial number and machine type (mandatory fields)
  • Create an account by clicking "Sign-In" and fill all the mandatory fields
  • Open your mailbox and confirm the creation of your account
  • On top right of the page, log on into the "Service & Support Area", indicating your email and password
  • Click "Technical Support"
  • On the left menu, click "Open a Ticket"
  • Check your technical reference contacts
  • Indicate product, serial numer, machine type and a detailed description of your issue
  • Fill the remaning fields
  • Confirm by clicking "Open a ticket"
  • An email of confirmation will be sent to your mailbox

Get a new licence for smartist 4

  • Search your product, indicating serial number and machine type (mandatory fields)
  • Create an account by clicking "Sign-In" and fill all the mandatory fields
  • Open your mailbox and confirm the creation of your account
  • On the top right of the page, verify your account by logging into the "Service & Support Area", indicating your email and password
  • Send an email with your serial numer, machine type and smartist 4.1 code to license@laservall.com
  • A new license will be sent to your mailbox
